THIS MONTH
The June 2026 Menu is now available for selections. This month, we are bringing back a highly requested dish and crafting a Members Only Exclusive variant, Oreo Taiyaki and Oreo Taiyaki (Golden)! This Member's Only variant will be limited to only 100 available! We're pairing these pins with another popular flavor, Azuki Beans and serving up the first Specialty Roll jumbo sized dessert, a Taiyaki Seal Sundae!
ANTHROCON
As a heads up, we'll be at Anthrocon this year at P16-P17, and we'll have another location exclusive themed dish... It's kind of a sushi abomination, but they actually look kinda tasty... Filly Cheesesteak Roll will be on the menu while we're in Pennsylvania! 👉
BIG HEADS UP: PRICE CHANGE
The economy got me too, and I've made the difficult but nessecary choice that prices around the Sushi Bar will be going up. But wait! I want to reward you for your loyalty, so keep reading. This change will not just allow me to continue serving you, but to be able to continue making steps to serve your Tasting Room pins faster just 1% faster every time.
Starting July 1st, regular pin prices and the Kaiseki Membership tier will be going up to $24.99 each. Omakase Membership Tiers will be going up to $54.99.
Those who are currently subscribed, or choose to join us this month will retain the existing Membership price point forever as long as they remain a member, and still retain all rewards as future members.
A full list of price changes will be posted in the Tasting Room Blog this week so you can plan ahead.

1. Pick your pin!
Each month, choose the pin you’d like to support, or opt for ‘Chef’s Choice’ if you’d like me to choose for you. Members also get a monthly discount coupon and free shipping when you support multiple dishes or combine multiple orders!
2. Cooking your meal!
At the end of the month, I tally up the preorders (That’s you and your fellow members!) and send the order to The Kitchen to start cooking! Check production progress anytime by visiting The Kitchen
3. Freshly served pins!
Once those pins arrive, you’ll be the first to get them. Let me know if you’d like to swing by at a con to pickup your order, otherwise I’ll ship your Maki Mail, along with any other orders you asked to ship together.
4. Appetizers while you wait!
Being a member isn’t just about pins—it’s a full-course experience! Enjoy monthly member-only discounts, first-to-know updates and access to our exclusive Member community filled with fish, fun, verified trading and more!
A Little Note on Timing
These dishes are slow-cooked, and great things take time.
Your membership starts the process of production so that we can create new dishes, so rewards don't go out right away! There’ll be a short delay while we craft your pins, but trust me, it’s all part of the recipe for something truly special.You’re in for a treat worth waiting for!

Members receive one free shipment to the domestic US with tracking each month! This helps save you money in shipping costs -and- helps us simplify serving you!
